Daihatsu Recommend technology future

Daihatsu Recommend technology future, Eco-idle system technology is capable of regulating life and death in a state machine automatically jammed. With this technology, fuel consumption is claimed to reach 30 km / liter.

On Saturday (22/9), PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) describes in the presence of online media about their future technology development. The event, held at Daihatsu booth at IIMS 2012 this is an introduction to the three stages of technology development Daihatsu vehicles in the future.

"This technology was developed to bring Daihatsu vehicle quality, affordable and environmentally friendly," said Satriyo Budiutomo, Executive Coordinator, Project Development Team No.. 1 Dept.. Research & Development Division PT ADM.

In the first stage, Satriyo describes the technology "Eco-Idle". Eco-idle system technology is capable of regulating life and death in a state machine automatically jammed. With this technology, fuel consumption is claimed to reach 30 km / liter.

In the third stage, in addition to no longer use the fuel (fuel oil), Daihatsu vehicles in the future also produces no CO2 emissions or CO2 zero again. "This vehicle manufacture materials using natural resources less, it does not contain precious metals, so that the costs incurred in the development of lower," said Satriyo.

The third stage is the focus of new liquid fuel that is Hydrazine Hydrate. This substance is said to have a high energy density and produces no CO2, making it environmentally friendly. "Unlike a fuel cell vehicle that uses hydrogen fuel, the future of Daihatsu vehicles using fuel Hydrazine Hydrate harmless. Unlike the hydrogen has a high sensitivity to changes in extreme temperature and shock, and could cause an explosion," said Satriyo.

"Technical work if the machine is idle for more than 30 seconds or goes below 7 km / h, the engine will automatically die. Application technology with i-EGR system is able to generate complete combustion and CO2 output to drink," said Satriyo.

In the second stage, originally Daihatsu to develop two-cylinder turbocharged engine technology. "At this stage, the engine will use fewer components. Addition to lighter, fuel efficiency could reach 35 km / liter. Application turbocharged it also has a low pressure (low pressure) around the 0.3-bar, so its orientation over the compression to be more fuel efficient, "said Satriyo.
